The operation of the MAP-01 machine begins with the manual loading of tubes, which have been previously filled and verified by a high-voltage heater test. Once the switch is activated, the PLC control system takes over, automatically transporting the tubes one by one to the Tubular Heater Rolling Machine. A key component is its automatic high-voltage detection system, which ensures that only tubes that meet quality standards are processed, automatically separating any defective elements.
