The ABBDC type glass fiber electric heating tape (heater) is a flexible heating element specifically designed for heat tracing and freeze protection of pipes, tanks, vessels, and other containers in industrial equipment. It utilizes a nickel-chromium alloy heating element and multi-layer alkali-free glass fiber insulation, featuring fast heating, simple installation, and safe, reliable operation.
This product is mainly composed of a nickel-chromium alloy heating tape (heating element) and multiple layers of alkali-free glass fiber (insulation layer). The alloy heating tape ensures rapid temperature rise and high thermal efficiency, while the glass fiber insulation layer provides excellent heat resistance and reliable electrical insulation performance. Its flexible structure allows it to be tightly wound around the surface of objects of various shapes for uniform heating. It is widely used in applications such as process temperature maintenance and frost protection.

Typical applications: Temperature maintenance for chemical material pipelines, prevention of fuel line congealment, freeze protection for wastewater treatment facilities, container insulation in the food industry, etc.
